Delivery & Returns

We offer a delivery service to local and non-local areas. Our delivery charges are £3.99, £4.99 and £8.99 depending on your location. We also offer free delivery on orders over £40 and £100 depending on your location. We have our own delivery drivers and also use couriers.

Yes. We offer same day delivery within London if your order is placed before 6pm. Otherwise your order will be delivered the following day.

We do not offer time-slots for delivery as we cannot guarantee exact times. However you could include your preferred times in your order notes and we will try stick to it.

Yes. We offer a “Click & Collect” option as on the checkout page. You can select which store you wish to collect from.

Yes. You can select a date for delivery up to 14 days in advance. This option is available on the checkout page.

Product returns are subject to conditions. If the item has been delivered and arrives damaged, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of a return. If the product you wish to replace is unavailable, we will offer you an alternate product of your choice for the same value.

Yes. If you have created an account with our online store, you will be able to check the progress of your order as well as other features. You can also re-order previous items and update your accounts details.

Yes. You can re-order your past orders. To do this, please log in to your account to view your past order and simply select the ‘BUY AGAIN’ option.

We accept Debit/Credit cards. Items will not be delivered until full payment has cleared.

Yes. We use secure online encryption with our merchant bank to ensure that online payments are safe for our customers. We do not store your payment card details as this is held with the merchant bank only.

If you are having trouble making payment online, please check that you have correctly filled in the necessary fields during checkout and try again. If the problems continue, please call us or send us an email.

My Account

Please use the forgotten password link on the login page. Instructions on how to set up a new password will be sent to your registered email address. If you don’t get the email, please check your junk/spam folder. You may also need to add BKosher as a trusted sender, so our emails can reach your inbox.

To change your password, you’ll need to log in to your account on the website. Select ‘My account’, then select ‘Change password’’. Type in your current password, in the first field, then your new one in the next field, re-enter and select ‘Save changes’.

To update your personal details, you’ll need to log in to your account on the website. Select ‘My account’. Under ‘My details’, you’ll see a list of information you can view and update. Select the details you want to amend and follow the simple on-screen instructions.
