Forgot your password and cannot login?
Forgetting your password can sometimes happen which means you won’t be able to login to your online account with BKosher.
Don’t Worry! We have created these easy to follow steps to help you reset your password so you can login and start shopping again in no time.
On the left right, you will see the login screen on our website. As normal, you will be asked to enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD. Your username is usually your email address.
Step 1
You have entered incorrect login details and a notification has now popped up with an ERROR message. Don’t panic!
Simply click on the Lost your password? link in the error notification, or you can also click on Forget your password? in the login form.
Step 2
Enter your USERNAME. Again, this is usually your email address that you use to login with. Then click the RESET PASSWORD button.
Step 3
You will now see a notification that a Password reset email has been sent.
Open your email and check for the email you would have received which contains a link to reset your password.
Please be sure to also check your spam/junk folder for the email if it is not in your inbox.
Usually, this email arrives within minutes.
Step 4
Once you have received the email with the link to reset your password, click on the link in your email and it will open up a page on our website with a form to enter your new password.
Step 5
Enter your new password and make sure that you re-enter it correctly. If the passwords do not match, the form will not allow you to continue.
Please note, when you type in your new password, you will see the level of strength (security) of your chosen password. We advise using a strong password, but one that you will remember.
Please take a note of your password and DO NOT share your password with any unauthorised users.
Once you have entered your new password and confirmed it in both fields on the form, click the SAVE button.
Step 6
Congratulations! You have successfully reset your password and can now login to your BKosher account and start shopping.
